I do research and software development for bioinformatics applications.
I was formerly a postdoctoral fellow in the Mizuguchi laboratory at the National Institute of Biomedical Innovation. I have also worked with the Australia-China Centre for Wheat Improvement (ACCWI) at Murdoch University, Perth, Australia. I studied for my PhD at the Honiden Laboratory, University of Tokyo (now at Waseda).
